The App.t project continues its collaboration Gecko Programmes, coordinators of the Youth Talent to Market (YTTM) project.
The App.t project’s second transnational partner meeting took place on 5 and 6 April 2016 in Prague, Czech Republic.
The meeting was hosted by Martin Synkule, Jan Hrdina and Alice Raffa of FM Consulting, and partners thanked them for their excellent organisation and great choice of venue, the Plaza Alta hotel.
Alison Carminke and Helen Sargeant of the University of Wolverhampton (the project coordinator), led the meeting and presented on project management and finance, quality, dissemination and commercialisation. Helen also led a workshop where partners reviewed the existing content which is in the process of being adapted for the app which will form the project’s main output.
Martin and Jan presented on the trainee and trainer guide to be produced as part of IO5. Clair Brick of Siawns Teg presented on the mapping and accreditation which will happen throughout the project. Aleksandra Sikorska-Ellwanger of VHS Cham presented the piloting results to date.
Pranas Benikas of VsI Galvocius discussed his ideas for the hosting of the project final conference, suggesting that Šiauliai, Lithuania’s fourth largest city, is the county capital and would be a more appropriate dissemination venue than his town of Radviliškis. Partners considered how the final conference could be made engaging and effective, considering that many attendees will not be fluent in English.
